RETURNS

Our returns are easy and hassle-free. For any return request, please reach out to us via email within 24 hours of receiving the product. 

Post acceptance, the products are required to be sent back to us in the original packaging with all the tags intact within 7 working days. We will not be able to accept the returns if the above criteria have not been met.

Refund will be issued post quality check clearance in the form of store credit. The charges for shipping, both forward and reverse will be deducted from the amount. The validity for the store credit is 12 months.

EXCHANGES

We offer quick and free size exchanges. For a size exchange please reach out to us via email within 24 hours of receiving the product and we will help you out with the same. Exchanges are possible only once and the replaced items are not eligible for another exchange. The ongoing offers/ discounts only shall be applied to the replacement products. Please note we do not accept returns/ exchanges on swimwear and accessories.
